How I Made It:
Mango Panna Cotta
Credit for the recipe goes to Amy Tong. Mango is my favorite fruit, and the way the dessert looks I just knew I had to try it. I’ve made the pulp as described in the video by using fresh mangos and also by just using quality storebought mango pulp. I did not taste a difference, though I understand the desire to use fresh mangos. In my opinion, it’s just a lot easier to use the store-bought pulp. The link can be found here.
