My name is Aarav Mehta. I am a high school student from Massachusetts. Since I was young I had always been intrigued by the exquisite and fancy desserts I had seen in restaurants. I wondered if I could create these types of desserts at home from the comfort of my own home. Quarantine during the pandemic provided the perfect opportunity. During this period, I found a new passion for baking. My brother and I have made creations ranging from tarts, trifles, cheesecakes, and more.
